1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 654db website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the 654db platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other access method — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published by 654db from time to time. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and 654db.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. In all other cases, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement solely in your own personal capacity.

654db reserves the right to decline service to any person at any time without being required to state a reason, particularly where 654db has grounds to believe that a person does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 or has previously breached these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 654db platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as an account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 654db enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account types and all product categories including casino games, sports betting and live dealer tables. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit subject to applicable verification procedures.

654db reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 654db services, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process and providing the information requested. The following terms apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password and any other information requested during registration. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and for updating them promptly if any information changes. Account registration is free and there is no fee associated with opening or maintaining a 654db account in good standing.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 654db login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 654db will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other channel. 3.3 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time 654db deems appropriate:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport or driving licence)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 654db, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 654db account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 654db does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.

All deposited funds must be wagered in their entirety at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, regardless of whether a bonus has been claimed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies equally to all accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions on the 654db platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 654db does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency by your payment provider, the provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply and any resulting conversion fee is solely your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

654db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this section, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and, unless stated otherwise, to any winnings generated from bonus fund wagers during the wagering period.
• Bonus funds and bonus-funded winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. The exact contribution rates for each game category will be published in the specific promotion's terms page. Placing bonus fund wagers exclusively on excluded games will not progress the wagering requirement.

5.3 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

In such cases the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 654db will not void bets solely because a player won a wager that the platform considers unexpectedly large; winnings from legitimately placed bets at correctly displayed odds will always be honoured.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports wager, the bet will be resolved according to the game provider's or sportsbook's disconnection policy applicable to that specific game or market. 654db will not be liable for losses attributable to network interruptions, internet service provider issues or device-side technical failures outside 654db's reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 654db platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the 654db platform, whether in your own name or under any alias, pseudonym or third-party identity
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 654db platform
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, display errors or pricing errors in any game or sportsbook market — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided
• Laundering money or using the 654db platform as a mechanism to process the proceeds of illegal activity
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other process requiring the submission of personal data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 654db's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 654db in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

654db shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, maintenance windows or technical failures outside 654db's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds or content published on the 654db platform that contained an error

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 654db's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination

654db reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 654db has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The account has been used to facilitate fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players or 654db itself
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed 654db to suspend the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 654db reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

654db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 654db will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon next login.
